The primary goal of this board is to give our members in 7th through 12th grade experience with leadership of a volunteer organization. NAFSC hopes to build member experience and confidence so that they become active members of the community and participate in non-profit leadership as adults. It is also anticipated that this will provide a better platform for the skaters and the leadership of the club to work together to ensure that programs, events, etc. are productive and meaningful for the skaters, members, and all who participate in NAFSC events.
